Julio is the Executive Director of Fundasaun Sosial Naroman (FUSONA), the humanitarian and development agency of the Protestant Church of Timor-Leste. Church World Service and FUSONA have partnered with Growing Hope Globally to implement the Timor-Leste Oecusse and Liquica programs.
